Part Time Handyman

$30/Hour. Very flexible schedule. This position is best suited as a second job so I will work with your schedule but Sundays is the preferred day when possible. This position is for mostly one day every week with the option for more. Part time handyman needed for maintenance and repair of several rental properties. You must have your own truck and many tools. We do all types of repairs so you need to have prior experience with several aspects of building and repair. Most of the time it is general maintenance after a tenant moves out but on occasion there is more extensive renovations done. Once again you must have your own truck and tools.
