Need a ceramic tile helper

I am going to hire somebody to help me install ceramic tile grout ceramic tile install flooring and other miscellaneous construction projects really would like to hire somebody with a little bit of construction experience and knows how to grout tile and read a tape measure and this and that. Piss tests and background checks for everyone. Must have your own vehicle and a driver's license not going to hire somebody needs to get a ride with his wife because you only have one vehicle
