Responsibilities:
Pulling Wire Specifically CAT 5, CAT 6, and Fiber
Terminating Fiber, Slicing Fiber. Running Rigid Conduit, SO- Cable, performing 120 Power Install
Review blueprints and building code specifications to determine work details and procedure
Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
Install maintain, and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment.
Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code.
Bend and install conduit, lighting, and basic control systems.
Perform wire and cable pulls.
Participate in safety talks, audits, and related safety activities.
Immediately identify, correct, and report any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents.
Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment
Work collaboratively with internal and external partners
Qualifications:
Be at least 18 years of age and able to provide work authorization documents
Must be local to Huger area
A current/active license, certification, or trade certificate is a plus
OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed)
Ability to efficiently bend pipe
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Open to day shift or night shifts
Prior experience using small equipment is a plus
Position may require a drug screen & or Background based on client site requirements
(This Industrial position requires Hair Follicle)
