We’re adding a seasoned technician who can tackle complex break‑fix and networking challenges—and help us raise the bar even higher. What You’ll Do· Repair Windows‑based PCs, Fiery print servers, and networked MFPs in the field. · Configure TCP/IP, VLANs, print servers, and Microsoft 365 integrations. · Install and support print/document‑management software (PaperCut MF, uniFLOW, Dispatcher Phoenix, etc.). · Mentor 1–2 junior techs while delighting customers and meeting SLAs. What You’ll Bring· 5+ years’ break‑fix or network support experience with major brands (Canon, Xerox, Sharp, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, HP). · Solid Windows Server/Active Directory skills and strong Layer 2/3 networking know‑how. · Hands‑on success with at least one leading print‑ or document‑workflow platform. · Excellent communication, valid driver’s license, and a customer‑first mindset.
