The ideal candidate must have all of the below listed qualifications and skills. We are looking for a long term team player to assist with day to day office operations, for the company. The ability to prioritize work, a calm approach to pressure, and maintaining confidentiality are all necessary.

Job Duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for a applicant that has experience in the trade field please below for details.

Manage client relations: Answer phones and greets potential clients

Completes, submits and tracks company forms such as Accounts Payable Reports, check requests, material orders, work orders and permits.

Develops and maintains department record-keeping systems, performing general filing and file retrieval

Sorts and delivers mail; sends, receives and distributes faxes. Makes copies and scans and files electronic documents

Assist Manager with project organization, marketing materials, and a variety of administrative functions

Under direction of Manager, prepare specific scopes of work as needed for each project

Call clients to identify current needs and request additional information for projects

Review, revise, and update specifications for sub-contractors

Review and recommend changes as necessary to all contract and subcontract documents to ensure timely, accurate and efficient processing and compliance.

Qualifications:

Good analytical and organizational skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Interpersonal communication and collaborative teamwork

Professionalism while dealing with vendors, subcontractors, clients and employees is essential

Precision and accuracy are a must

Strong time management skills

Proficient in all Microsoft Office and Apple Products

Required experience: 1+ years of experience in Residential Service Admin WorkJob Type: Full-time

Experience with pulling permits

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
