As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to oversee the operations of the Myrtle Beach division and assist the managers with billing, organizing, and control project activities. If you are a motivated professional with a passion for landscaping, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesReviews and verifies all purchase orders, statements, and invoices to prepare payments.Submits documentation to set up new vendors as needed.Submits all invoices to Accounts Payable with proper coding to ensure payment.Oversees Accounts Receivables and collections.Answers office phone calls and assists or redirects the calls as needed.· Monitor daily schedules and job tracking.· Enter customer orders into computerized systems.· Work closely with theOperations Manager to track progress and quality of work.· Track and manage contemplated change notices and change orders.· Communicate effectively with the landscape team and management.· Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely mannerOther tasks as assigned.Qualifications· Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration· Computer Skills including to but not limited to Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Word· Ability to build strong relationships with clients and builders.· Must be a self-starter, problem solver and passionate about helping others.· Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.· Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.· Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.· Strong multi-tasking and organizational skillsCompensationWe offer a competitive salary that is negotiable based on experience and knowledge.
