Full Job Description
Keen Eye Marketing is a Charleston, South Carolina based luxury real estate production agency currently hiring a full-time real estate photographer/videographer to join our creative team.
Production team members are responsible for creating professional photography, video productions, 3D tours, photo/video editing, and interfacing with customers. The ideal candidate will be a professional and experienced multimedia wizard (both behind the camera and editing) and FAA licensed drone pilot or actively pursuing their FAA Part 107 license. This is a high-touch position requiring excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, commitment to exceptional quality, and strong customer service skills. Interest in architectural photography and video production highly preferred.
Requirements
2-5 Years of photography/video production experience
Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite
Experienced Drone Pilot with FAA 103 Exemption
Excellent written communication skills typing 70+ wpm
Experience with Apple/Mac ecosystem
Clean and reliable personal vehicle
Mature, professional attitude
Comfortable working closely with clients, in high-pressure situations, directing talent on camera
Team player, willing to work in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment
Willing to work 2 nights/week and occasional hours on weekends.
Positive, glass-half-full attitude and outlook on life
Ability to lift/operate 18lb gimbal and camera setup for up to 3 large jobs per day.
Experience with DJI Ronin or similar gimbal (not required)

This position will require a skills test to demonstrate your proficiency behind the camera and in Creative Suite. All equipment, computers, cameras, and media provided by the agency.
This is a full-time 40-50hr / week position based in the Keen Eye creative studio on Folly Beach. Flexible time-off and paid vacation after six months. Hourly pay plus overtime pay and night/weekend bonuses starting at $39,000 annually.
