Duties/responsibilities:
Answer incoming inquires through multiple channels including phone, email and chat.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's policies.
Ensure customer inquiries and issues are fully answered and resolved.
Record customer information within our customer service database.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors and Managers.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of information

Required Education/Skills/Abilities
Call center experience is fantastic, but not a requirement, we can teach the right person to do the job well.
Positive, professional tone, voice, and demeanor.
Comfortable providing written communication and documentation to describe actions taken.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fun upbeat personality
