Local established Landscape Maintenance Company is currently accepting resumes for a Crew Leader. We serve both residential and commercial customers throughout the entire Charleston area. This position reports directly to business owner. We are seeking to fill this position very quickly. Only the most qualified applicants will be considered and contacted.

Must have a current valid SC Drivers License and clean driving record
Must have previous Landscaping Crew Leadership or Management experience - must be able to lead/manage and train a crew and operate all aspects of the business.
Exceptional Customer service and communication skills are a must.
Professional appearance and attitude are required.
Must be familiar with all local plants and pruning techniques.
Knowledge of chemicals, pesticides, and herbicides - possessing a current Pesticide License will be very helpful.
Must be able to operate all types of power equipment and must be able to demonstrate use to junior crew members.
Must be able to bid and quote new work and special projects.
Must have reliable transportation.
Special assignments or weekend hours may be required due to weather or customer demands.
You will report directly to the business owner and assist with leadership needs.
