Here are some of the job details:
+ Inspection of property after cleans and professionals services have left
+ General inspection of property aesthetic defects
+ Know general fixer upper tasks like light plumbing replacement, small paint jobs, little drywall patches
+ Grill propane change outs
+ Fan installs
+ Light bulb and air filter change outs
+ Trouble shooting appliance problems
Must be a good communicator, have their own cell phone and transportation, and above else be reliable.
All properties located on Seabrook Island.
