We are looking to contract a handyperson or maintenance person to service our 20 short term rentals on Seabrook Island!
Perfect for someone looking to fill extra time slots on their schedule.
We expect 10 hours a week.
Here are some of the job details:
+ General inspection of property aesthetic defects
+ Know general fixer upper tasks like light plumbing replacement, drain declogging, small paint jobs, little drywall patches, fixing broken stools, towel rack replacements etc
+ Grill propane change outs
+ Fan installs
+ Light bulb and air filter change outs
+ Trouble shooting appliance problems
Must be a good communicator, have their own cell phone and transportation, and above all else be reliable.
All properties located on Seabrook Island/Kiawah
+ Bi Weekly pay
+ $40/hr starting for someone who knows what they are doing
+ We pay for results and expect someone who takes action and fixes problems.
