Looking for someone who has some general familiarity with tools who can work a fairly demanding day. We typically put in about 10 hours days 3-4 days a week, but I'm open to more or less depending on your needs and the amount of bookings we get. It helps to have general concrete knowledge but is not required.
The job would involve prepping the concrete floors: Sanding, shotblasting, filling cracks and pits. Then we apply a polyurea or new exclusive similar product to floor with brushes squeegees and rollers. Chip/flake is then thrown on top to create desired pattern. The product cures for about 1.5 hours while we get lunch/clean tools. When we come back we scrape and vacuum excess chip then apply topcoat which consists of polyaspartic or cyclospartic blends. Some garages can be done in a day but due to our lifetime warranty we are very strict and detail oriented on our prep work and finishing work so it may be more than a day per garage.
Pay starts at $20/hr, but will be reevaluated at 30/90/180 days for increases. We are looking to retain people long term and would love to train from within to become a lead installer/crew manager which would lead to more benefits outside of pay as well. Work will mostly take place during the weekends, but occasionally due to weather we sometimes push a job a day or two back to the weekend.
