Position Overview:
As a Dishwasher at Fugazzi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, as well as ensuring a sanitary and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
Assist with basic food prep and restocking supplies as needed.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to meet service demands.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
