We're seeking passionate and dedicated Front of House Chef's Assistants to join our team. If you enjoy supporting hospitality professionals and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you! Positions are available in both service styles of LTLE FISH & RAW LAB.

ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

-Collaborate with the Chef to coordinate food and beverage orders for timely customer service.

-Ensure adherence to all food safety standards, including proper storage and handling.

-Assist with front-of-house tasks: seating guests, pouring wine, taking orders, and maintaining smooth service flow.

-Take and ring in orders using Tabit, maintaining strong communication with the kitchen.

-Comfortably multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

-Share cleaning and dishwashing responsibilities with the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Must be 21+ to pour alcohol.

-Hospitality industry experience required.

-Knowledge of wine service and oysters is a big plus!

-Understanding of proper food handling and storage procedures.

-Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization, with extreme attention to detail.

-Strong customer service skills: ability to assist guests and handle inquiries professionally.

-Understanding of basic table setting and service procedures.

-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

-Experience with Resy is helpful but not required.
