This is an exciting opportunity to work on your own or within a traditional venue. Three properties are completed concepts hiring the opening staff and operating staffs. We are searching for more than a chef or a cook this is looking for a talented chef with a business mind. Can you execute a business beginning to end? One property was built with you in mind, creating a partner opportunity. I can tell you what we would do, or you can do your own. And I'd sign I do not want "yours," meaning you can move on with it anytime you'd like. We'd even help.
This unique venue is for a kitchen personality. A self starter. A marketer. Someone hungry to do their own thing. Just know, your own thing often means 10x the work, but again we'd assist.
Tampa is growing fast, it is also acquiring more and more culinary talent. Any community can convert talent into a brick and mortar, that is the essence of our society. Note: The vision should be rooted in bringing high quality food to a wider variety of demographics, meaning high value and low costs. We are not interested in $250 tasting menus. Rather, how can we cater to the working class and the well to do? The candidate must be efficient, cost conscious, and creative in curating ingredients. Approachable is the word that may best describe the projects. It can be a reasonable tasting menu, an educational dinner, or a concept focused on one key ingredient. This is small, thus it can be focused and still fill seats night after night.
You should be considered part farmer, part efficiency manager, part warm and welcoming personality, and 100% driven. We will also be sure it is approachable to all demographics, making its top priority welcoming all guests. The experience matters as much, or more, than the menu.
