The Chef de Cuisine is:
Experienced, preferably 2+ years of culinary management in an upscale restaurant
Detail-oriented and thrives in a meticulous environment
Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff
Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties with good communication skills
