Bodega is looking for career focused individuals who wants to join our team at both our downtown location, and our new location in Mt.Pleasant opening in February. The downtown Bodega is located at 23 Ann St. and the Mt. Pleasant location will be at 414 W. Coleman Blvd. Bodega is a fast paced NY inspired brunch location serving everything from breakfast sandwiches and pancakes to healthy salads and turkey clubs. The downtown location has shifts starting at 7:00am and the Mt. Pleasant location will have shifts starting at 5:30am. We look forward to hearing from you!
AM Line Cook must be:
-Reliable and show up to early morning shifts on time
-Ability to work weekends
-Have a strong work ethic
-Eagerness to learn more and grow with our amazing group
-Experience working a hot line and managing a High Volume Service
AM Line Cook responsibilities are and not limited to:
-Setting up Hotline for AM Service
-Executing Bodega Service and producing all the products necessary
-Following all in-house procedures and protocols
-Following DHEC standards and assisting in keeping the kitchen clean
-Working with other to produce the best product possible
-Assisting in weekly special creation
