Our team is composed of skilled professionals who take pride in their work and strive for continuous improvement.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the welding operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process, and leading a team of welders to meet production goals. Our welding specializes in FLUX CORE AND PULSE WELDING.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of welders and fabricators. Ensure all welding work is performed in accordance with company standards, blueprints, and project specifications. Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Train and mentor welding staff on best practices and new techniques. Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues. Manage workflow to meet production schedules and deadlines. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding/fitting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
