Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Technical Program Manager (Lead Program Manager) to lead program efforts within OHAI Product Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and helping to deliver process improvements in each area of the business. This will include the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects. Additionally, this program manager will be initially responsible for spearheading the creation of an Enterprise Problem Management program in OHAI and will require the ability to coordinate across multiple Oracle organizations while working with all levels of engineer, business, and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, project management, and support, with a particular focus on Cerner products and systems.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

Manage process for OHAI Product Support, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, and issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful support delivery.

Implement industry-standard project management methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, both internally and externally, and escalate issues as necessary.

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Product Support organization ensuring staffing, key performance indicators, and other initiatives are delivered to specific timelines

Continuously assess and improve the migration process, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practices.

Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related degree or equivalent experience over 7 years

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on healthcare IT and product-based solutions.

Demonstrated experience with Cerner systems and support services.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and HITECH, and their implications for IT systems.

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
