We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Business Initiatives to support our organization's leadership team. Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Serve as a key advisor to the head of business, providing insights and recommendations on business decisions.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and drive results.
Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring alignment and communication.
Represent the organization externally, building relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's social mission and goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Be a team player who can work congenially among job functions and generational differences.
Foster collaboration and consensus-building among diverse stakeholders, with a focus on winning buy-ins.
Ability to build business models and develop Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for business cases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field; MBA or consulting background is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in AI and presentation tools, with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing competing priorities.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a focus on building relationships and driving results.
