The Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Project Management, or a related field (advanced degrees/certifications are a plus).

5+ years of project management experience, delivering complex technology, process optimization, and change programs.

Proven expertise in orchestrating multifaceted projects within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across global teams.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Smartsheet, Jira, BlueWorks Live preferred).

Superb problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for strategic analysis and resource optimization.
