You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing stakeholder relationships with Sr. Level management and demonstrate a deep understanding of team dynamics, collaboration, and effective leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and maintain a balanced approach to achieve product goals.This role works on a fixed 8-5 M-F schedule EST.We are seeking a seasoned, results-oriented, and empathic Product Manager (senior role) to work with multiple business and technology stakeholders to assist in building out solutions that create a delightful experience throughout their journey at the company.A successful Product Manager is someone who is highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple solutions that delight end users and stakeholder teams. The ideal candidate for this role will have a business and value oriented product sense combined with a good understanding of technical concepts that apply in the Healthcare or similar industry. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment without being hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, the ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders and leadership are essential to success in this role.Required Qualifications:

2 - 4+ years' relevant professional work experience as a product manager with clear examples of products brought to market

2 - 4+ years' experience delivering business value through your understanding of lean product management and human-centered design.

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$102,200 - $140,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
