Job DescriptionAs a Solution Engineer (SE), you will collaborate with sales teams to help customers understand how Oracle Cloud solutions can solve their most pressing business challenges across Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Data Intelligence Solutions. Engage with Customers: Partner with sales teams to understand business challenges and articulate how Oracle’s cloud solutions can address them.

Showcase the Art of the Possible: Deliver compelling solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs, spanning Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Analytics, and more.

Solve Business Challenges: Use your creativity, technical acumen, and business knowledge to translate customer needs into innovative solutions.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to define best practices for demonstrations, value messaging, and competitive positioning.

What We’re Looking For

A passion for technology and business problem-solving

Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills

A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity

The ability to quickly learn and apply emerging technology (AI, cloud computing, automation, analytics, etc.)

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, MIS, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, etc.)

Some experience with enterprise applications (as a user, consultant, or student project) is a plus but not required.

At least 2-5 years business experience.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
