Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator on Daniel Island. This role will focus on providing exceptional concierge services in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of managing the lobby concierge desk, acting as the welcoming point of contact for tenants, guests, and clients.Responsibilities: Provide premium hospitality and tenant concierge services to all guests, clients, and vendors Prepare and distribute weekly conference and event schedules Assist the leasing and management teams by escorting guests and preparing for property tours Serve as a liaison between tenants and their vendors and guests Collaborate with the marketing team in creating and distributing tenant communication collateral on notices, services, and events Manage deliveries, bike inventory and sign-out, dry-cleaning services, and other tenant services Operate and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment Conduct daily property and cleaning inspections and submit service tickets via property service portal Organize and ensure the maintenance of communal facilities including the fitness center/locker rooms, conference center, game room, mail center, and breakroom.Requirements Experience in the real estate industry with a focus on property and facilities management Proficiency in organizing meetings and coordinating events Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience with concierge services and assisting guests Knowledge of commercial property management and the workings of a property management firm Skills in directing guests and prospective tenants effectively Familiarity with tenant leases and ability to manage them Experience in event coordination and planning, including marketing events Ability to provide exceptional customer service to guests and tenants Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using property management software and tools Detail-oriented and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
