Cornerstone Surveying & Engineering, Inc., practices in virtually all areas of land surveying and mapping, including but not limited to, boundaries, topos, existing conditions surveys, ALTA surveys, quality control and monitoring surveys, construction staking, road and infrastructure surveys, route surveys, OCRM critical line and wetland boundary delineations and surveys, and geodetic control surveys. Trimble 'S' series robotic total stations, TSC5 and TSC7 data collectors, DiNi digital levels, Trimble R12i GPS receivers, Trimble X7 Scanner, DGI drone, etc., are the mainstay of the surveying equipment used to survey projects such as the SCDOT road, bridge, and 'Rural Road Safety Program' projects, The SCSPA 'Hugh Leatherman Terminal', Joint Base Charleston and NWS facilities and boundaries, USACE projects, select improvement and design projects for SCE&G, CWS, BCWS, MPW, BP, DuPont, et al., utility and major industry companies. AutoCAD Civil3d is the foundational drafting platform used to prepare and provide high quality, detailed plans, plats, and maps for the various surveying and engineering projects performed. Immediate needs are for survey crew chiefs, instrument personnel, and survey techs. Office positions require computer skills and experience using AutoCAD and Civil3d. EXPERIENCE WITH MicroStation .dgn MAPPING ALSO HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER. Field positions require experience operating data collectors and total stations.
