Personal assistant/ice cream

Professor/Business owner needs a part-time personal assistant for two businesses to increase productivity. In particular, position would involve research on businesses, organization and facilitation of official letters (either through email or snail mail), record keeping and general clerical duties. Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly board meetings and/or special board meetings. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter student or a retiree that can work independently. Attention to detail is required and computer literacy. Pay is negotiable (15-25/hr)
