Job Description:
We are seeking an extremely detail-oriented and experienced Head of Operations to oversee our packing and shipping facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of orders, maintaining high standards of quality, and optimizing operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
Order Fulfillment:
Oversee the entire packing and shipping process to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are met.
Process Optimization:
Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet demand.
Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish supplies and materials as needed.
Facility Management:
Ensure the packing and shipping facility is organized, clean, and safe.
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Technology and Systems:
Utilize technology and systems to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
Implement new tools and software as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
Customer Satisfaction:
Monitor and address any issues related to order accuracy, packaging, or shipping.
Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any customer complaints or concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 1 years of experience in management
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational excellence.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
