Review the position below and apply today.We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.At this time, Dominion Energy cannot transfer or sponsor a work visa or employment authorization for this position.This position does not offer relocation assistance.Job SummaryThe Environmental Program Manager-IT/Technology will focus on related IT/Technologies and be responsible for the development and implementation of a technical support program for Dominion Energy Environmental and Sustainability (E&S). This role will lead technology related projects that require advanced knowledge of appropriate security architecture, technology best practices, and environmental requirements, limitations, and unique system implementations.Additionally, this role will:

Identify gap and efficiency opportunities within E&S, gather requirements, and develop technology solutions to fill these gaps

Ensure all projects within the program align with the organization’s broader strategic goals coordinating between projects, managing interdependencies, and aligning project outcomes with organizational objectives

Independently develop and maintain complex technology solutions using systems such as SharePoint, DomEnO, Nintex, PowerBI, etc.

Perform other duties as requested or assigned

The E&S Program Manager will support all environmental media types (ex. air, water, waste, etc.) and business areas across Dominion Energy E&S and will interact with all staff levels, from technical employees to executives. They will function as a subject matter expert to both internal and external audiences and develop and deliver change management procedures and training for newly developed technology.Note: This position can be located in Cayce, SC or Richmond, VA.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience7+ years of experience (or combination of) environmental, information technology, business process tool development, and/or project management. Note: A Master's degree will count as one year of experience towards the experience requirement. A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one year.

The knowledge, skills, and abilities and experiences that are preferred for this job include the following:

Basic programming in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, MS-SQL, Change Management, Process Mapping, & Requirements Gathering
