Superintendent V(Electrical and Instrumentation)

The Superintendent V is responsible for directly managing a project’s construction activities to meet specifications, delivering the project  within budgeted cost and by the scheduled completion date. The types of projects managed are complex to highly complex. This position  is required to coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors and/or craft activates on projects.  This person should be  able to oversee multiple discipline superintendents / scopes of work ranging from $50MM and up in direct construction work with little  guidance from senior level leadership.  This person is self-sufficient and can mentor younger staff.  Responsibilities Directly manage a project’s construction activities to meet specifications, delivering the project within budgeted cost and by the scheduled completion dateManage complex to highly complex projectsCoordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors and/or craft activates on projectsOversee multiple discipline superintendents / scopes of work ranging from $50MM and up in direct construction work with little                guidance from senior level leadershipMentor younger staff
