About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Service Administrator to join our Cape Town branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing client communication, and providing essential administrative support for the technical team. This role is vital in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and administer all service-related activities within the branch.
 Promptly log and dispatch calls to technicians.
 Ensure all previous day’s dispatched calls are closed off.
 Schedule services, callouts, and repairs with technicians.
 Liaise with clients, ensuring their needs are met and escalate issues where necessary.
 Collect and manage technician reports and requisitions timeously.
 Arrange Annex Inspections and ensure completion of required items.
 Prepare and laminate Annex CR reports for technicians to place onsite.
 Coordinate appointments between technicians and clients.
 Manage client queries, providing accurate feedback telephonically and via email.
 Prepare and email monthly service, callout, and repair reports to clients upon request.
 Send monthly callback reports to clients as required.
 Process weekly invoicing.
 Monitor daily SAP alerts and manually capture reports.
 Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of documents.
 Provide reception backup support when required.
