Junior Motion Designer

Create and Animate Motion Graphics: Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects. Responsibilities include designing graphics from scratch, animating layered PSD or INDD files, and effectively using templates when applicable.Streamline Workflow and Manage Projects: Handle large video files while managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. Maintain clear and proactive communication with team members and clients throughout the production process.Collaborate with Creative Teams: Partner with designers, editors, and marketing professionals to conceptualize, develop, and refine visually compelling content that meets client requirements.Support Senior Designers: Work closely with senior motion designers and editors to produce polished motion graphics and animations for various platforms, including websites, social media, and digital campaigns.Video Editing Assistance: Perform basic video edits and seamlessly integrate motion graphics to enhance storytelling and elevate the visual impact.Brand Alignment: Ensure all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and consistent visual identity across all media.
