Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
Support health education, wellness initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for or active South Carolina Medical License
Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
