This could be the Bluffton, South Carolina Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you're available for a long-term contract / temporary engagement.Your responsibilities

Receive and send written business correspondence

Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Receive and place telephone calls

Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

Strong computer skills including customer database systems

Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Quality experience with Compile Data

Microsoft Excel experience preferred

Command of Netsuite CRM

Microsoft Excel experience

Wide ranging experience with Computer Data Entry

Previous experience working with data entry

Earlier work involving Computer Databases

Well-founded grasp of typing over 60 words per minute

Good understanding of Data Analysis

Practical knowledge of Compiling Data

General familiarity with Email Correspondence

Excel Formulas experience

Proven knowledge of typing 45 - 60 words per minute

NetSuite experience

Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
