Our team is driven to innovate and challenge the status quo, with continuous improvement at the forefront of all that we do. About the roleProvide Leadership & support to the cellar teamRaise, process, and finalise Cellar notes using electronic wine management systems as requiredAllocate cellar work to team members to ensure work is completed as requiredPerform all cellar process as needed - unloading tankers, additions, filtration etcMange the rostering of the cellar team membersEnsure that wine onsite is handled in accordance with the established processes and customer expectationsLiaise with other departments as required to ensure all wine meets bottling specifications and schedules Liaise with customers as required. Manage the consumable requirements of the cellar
