This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur and will report to the Strategic Account Management Lead.Responsibilities:Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and proactively identify further new business opportunitiesAchieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIsMaintain and grow the revenue and gross profit of each accountKeep the platform fresh by implementing creative marketing initiativesConstruct and negotiate commercial offers which meet expectations of foodpanda, business partners and customersWork with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standardsStrong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering marketUse and create management reports to assess performance of vendorsPrepare weekly/monthly financial & performance reports for internal and external review
