Locates or Proposes Potential Business Opportunities,Identifies & develops company’s USPs and DifferentiatorsInitiates Calls, Visits and Presentations to the Developer, Architects and Engineering Community for the identified projectsMaintains a database of the Project OpportunitiesManages project stages from identification / Specification and ending with receipt of Order.Coordinates both Internal and External teams to develop project specifications and project proposals in accord with Local guidelines.Analyzes Architectural and Engineering Drawings  / Blueprints to create Solution Proposals.
