Aid with routine product testing and failure analysis of non-conforming parts.
Assist engineers in product development, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
Works autonomously to safely set up and run test according to test plan(s).
Work with other associates to accomplish organizational goals.
Machine parts, build and assemble fixtures and machine modules.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5 - 10 years of experience in a technician or similar role.
Experience with CNC machines and automation preferred.
Ability to operate all tool room equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
High mechanical aptitude.
Machine control and electrical experience preferred.
Experience working with engineering drawings, prints, process specifications and work instructions, both in printed and electronic formats
Must be able to work in extremely oily and noisy environments.
Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and move around for up to 10 hours at a time.
Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds at a time.
Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and climb to access all parts of the machine for up to 10 hours.
May be exposed to chemicals, mist, and dust.
