Data Centre Technician

In order to deliver to our customers an exceptional experience that they won’t find elsewhere, we look to you our exceptional people.  We are currently opening a position for a Data Centre Technician to work with our Sydney facilities team. This role will see you supporting the Facility Management Team with the day-to-day operations of the data centre by providing high quality & efficient technical maintenance and customer service.   Your Responsibilities will include:  Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Facility Rules and ensure adherence at all times  Assisting with customer equipment and installations  Delivery of cabling needs, electrical and data, to customer racks and areas  Attending to Remote Hands Request ensuring they are delivered within the SLA  Assisting with the maintenance of all core electrical and mechanical systems  Assist in the production of various operational and customer reports  Ensuring that facility problems are identified and resolved in a timely manner
