Description/Job SummaryThe Engineered Films Division has need for a Sales professional to drive profitable, long-term growth, withina region or assigned Market(s) Responsibilities / Duties:
Handle day to day sales related duties such as account maintenance, new business development, problem solving and accounts receivable for the assigned accounts and sub-products within the region or assigned Market(s), engaging the Sales Management Team as required for support and guidance
Responsible for top line sales revenue / volume growth and for bottom line profitability of assigned accounts and sub-products within the segment.
Strive to improve profitability through pricing practices, pursuit of higher margin business, product consolidation and selling "fit for use" products.
Build and strengthen customer relationships at all levels through regular direct activities with accounts and participation in industry events, engaging the Sales Management Team as required for support and guidance
"Owns" Sales pipeline for assigned accounts and sub-products within the segment and is responsible for sponsoring key projects through commercialization, engaging the Sales Management Team as required for support and guidance
Coordinate across division with uniform methodology.
Provide timely and accurate reporting of monthly sales results, issues and KPI's across for assigned accounts and sub-products within the segment.

Knowledge & experienced in Value Added Selling methods and techniques.
Trained and experienced in small and large scale negotiations.
Demonstrated meeting facilitation skills, multi-tasking capability
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills with the ability to work at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to influence and "sell" new ideas and to build consensus. Relentless focus on sales growth, process and margin improvements.
Understanding of P&L management, accounting reports and all financial terminology.
Knowledge of film making, materials and technologies to support new customer opportunities.
Understanding of the competitive landscape - capabilities, products, strengths, weaknesses, markets, opportunities
Energy, enthusiasm and strong work ethic.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple competing activities
In depth capabilities using Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
AUTHORITY/DECISION MAKING
Analyzes each facet of projects to insure project will meet approval level for each component of the project.
Utilizes Sales Management Team, Plant Managers and Divisional Technical and Quality Teams as resources for all projects.
PRODUCT SAFETY
Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations of the Inteplast Group
TRAINING
HR will provide training of successful candidate for Inteplast policies and procedures to include monetary authorization approval levels, status reports, corporate terms of sale approval, Improvement Initiative Program, HR guidelines and procedures, IEF Quality Handbook and
Inteplast Quality Management Philosophy and current work instructions.
Additional Requirements:
4-year degree preferred.
3 - 7 years in inside sales, sales, marketing and/or business development related functions. Experience selling PE Film, Barrier Films or high-performance Co-Ex films a plus.
Travel in excess of 50%.
