HR Generalist

Description A local CSRA manufacturer is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with the HR leadership on all aspects of HR, including but not limited to: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, time & attendance, etc. The ideal candidate needs 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, professional communication skills, and employee relations experience. Requirements Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, solid Excel skills, HRIS skills, great soft skills and the ability to work in a fast -paced environment.
