Our Receptionist is a key position and the first point of call for our guests when they arrive. You will be checking guests in and out, handling enquiries from in house guests and helping to maintain our hotel as the busiest in town, chat with our guests to ensure a sense of welcome and belonging. You will be a guru of local knowledge to help every guest get the most out of their stay, all whilst listening out for all opportunities to wow our guests when they least expect it.Your daily mission will include:Assist guest with check in / out, information during their staysSwitchboard communications with the rest of the hotel operational teams (Food & Beverage, Maintenance, etc.)Process / take bookings during reservations after hoursAttend to guest with a professional telephone mannerAbility to think on your feet and anticipate guests needsMultitask with great time managementSolve problems on the spotWork in a face paced environment
