You make an impact by balancing business targets and exceptional guest experience through trusting and empowering Heartist® to make key decisions that reflect Pullman values. Job Duties Include:Oversee the daily front office operations and porter services, ensuring seamless check-ins, smooth departures, and an exceptional guest journey.Hiring, coaching, developing, and performance managing the Front Desk teamResolve guest concerns with care, professionalism, and prompt action, ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression.Improve service delivery by streamlining procedures and removing obstacles that hinders service Develop visionary proposals aimed at improving service climate, colleague moral, and shareholder returnManage staff schedules and handle payroll processing.Practicing room yield management, to ensure maximum profitability of overall operationsOversee inventory management, including room types and categories.
