Your New RoleLeidos has an opportunity for a Divisional Fiannce and Business Operations Manager to develop and manage the Program Finance capability focusing on our Airborne Solution programs. The key is to provide, effective leadership and management of department activities within the Finance function. This role will see you as integral, in supporting the Director, and Program Managers to ensure they are able to meet the number of milestones, whilst keeping an eye on process adherence, continuous improvement, resource planning & management, and developing & implementing business growth strategies.  It is a true Commercial Finance role, you will be an active member of the division, and your advice will be sort after. We are looking for someone that is prepared and on the front foot with supporting/negotiating contracts/cost management and the budget development and analysis and proposal support. This role is part of the senior leadership team supporting highly visible and exciting federal government contracts.
