You will be responsible for supporting our field partners to capture, investigate and resolve opportunities, while supporting strategies to improve execution on payroll. Triaging and resolving data discrepancies across multiple data sources and platforms will be critical to this role. The activities will be high impact and support our field operations of 180,000+ colleagues in delivering patient care and customer service while ensuring operational efficiency.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses: Evaluate and support the presentation of key insights/ data collected through field feedback, system data, payroll and financial data, etc. to monitor existing workflow / processes and support business case development

Design and build solutions: Create reporting, dashboards, and tools to support business needs. Participate in IT / business requirement sessions as necessary to determine design while taking into consideration end user experience and data feasibility

Identify and resolve errors and discrepancies: Identity, investigate, and reconcile unexpected results and implement methods to prevent re-occurrences

Cross-functional partnership: partner with stakeholders including but not limited to operational partners, IT, Legal, Training, external vendors, etc. to drive timelines, resolve discrepancies, and deliver results.

Documentation and tracking: Create and update SOPs as necessary to maintain accurate documentation of reporting and system processes

Required Qualifications

1+ years’ of total business experience

1+ years’ experience with basic analytic skills, with a proven ability to solve logical challenges and synthesize data to develop meaningful insights

1+ years’ experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, VBA, SQL or related applications

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years healthcare industry experience with sound analytical skills and ability to learn highly technical processes

Ability to think critically and to multitask with timely follow through.

Self-starter with ability to work with team members or independently on multiple projects with little supervision

Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly

Ability to identify and diagnose data inconsistencies and anomalies

Creative problem solver, flexible, proactive and ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment

Ability to work within a climate of ambiguity

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ex perience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python or related applications

Experience with payroll, scheduling, and time/attendance processes and related data concepts

Able to identify root causes of problems, and develop and implement solutions, incorporating business needs and consulting management as needed. Includes business considerations in analysis and offers direction to keep projects aligned

Able to interpret instructions, ask analytical questions, validate report/query information, and detect flaws in requests or suggested methodologies

Proven experience maintaining relationships with internal/external partners to ensure effective and accurate communication

Excellent analytical and problem solving ability

Proven ability to complete projects independently and on time

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Education

Bachelors’ degree required in business, technical or related field.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
