Provides expertise and thought leadership, contributing to strategic planning, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. Drives innovation, evaluates performance, and ensures regulatory compliance, playing a pivotal role in guiding the organization's growth and success. Ensures accurate administration and management of all dental plansWhat you will do:· Develops product requirements and roadmaps and incorporates feedback from customers into the product strategy.· Collects and analyzes competitive intelligence and member feedback, incorporating findings into the product strategy.· Collaborates cross-functionally to generate new product ideas based on customer input, extradepartmental studies and findings, and industry trends.· Acts as a subject matter expert within the Product Management and Development department, utilizing functional and working knowledge to complete complex operations in the department.· May support sales teams as subject matter expert.· Develops policies to ensure the appropriate implementation and administration of all plans.· Monitors administration of plans to ensure compliance.· Identifies opportunities for ongoing improvement and cost savings.Required Qualifications· 5+ years’ work experience in product, strategy, operations or related field· Detail oriented· Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills.· Adept at collaboration and teamwork· Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.· Adept at business intelligencePreferred Qualifications· Dental product knowledge· Medicare knowledgeEducation· Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $190,700.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
