This role will manage and support the execution, development, implementation and evolution of strategic initiatives and programs across several related but varied subject matter areas. These areas include, but are not limited to:

Retail Store and Field Alignment

Sustainability & Supplies Management

Retail Business Insights & Reporting Tools & Applications

Operations Support Liaison across Retail Organization

This position requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills to drive initiatives and actions to realize established goals, outcomes, and timelines. Additionally, this role requires general proficiency in applications Excel and Tableau with preferred experience in any of the following programming languages including SQL, Python, R all of which are used frequently to develop insights and tools.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with corporate and field partners to manage and maintain our retail alignment structure for field leaders.

Lead the development and deployment of new tools and applications that deliver easy to use, meaningful data to store and field leaders.

Ability to review and understand business processes and KPIs to oversee the development of a reporting culture that monitors and evaluates success.

Identify and deliver operational initiatives that enhance the tools and applications used by our store/field teams.

Support operational initiatives that drive supply cost reduction and enhance sustainability efforts.

Drive programs within the team to deliver outcomes, targets, and financial expectations.

Lead discussions with store/field colleagues to collect feedback and utilize the information provided to recommend next steps for portfolio management and strategy.

Effectively balance long term program development with day-to-day current state business needs .

Create, review, present and articulate recommendations to internal, field, and leadership teams.

Prepare material and presentations in a way that can be easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise.

Required Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in Healthcare, Operations, or knowledge of retail store and business system processes.

3+ years’ experience in Microsoft Office and additional reporting analytics applications

3+ years’ experience in leading and developing a cross-functional team (in retail field or corporate office setting)

3+ years’ experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term, and long-term goals.

3+ years’ experience influencing without authority.

3+ years’ experience in program management

5+ years’ experience building out leadership decks to communicate to C-Suite level leaders with a clear, and strong perspective/narrative.

3+ years’ experience demonstrating a high level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadline.

Ability to understand complex problems, identify root causes and remain goal-oriented within a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in any of the following SQL, Python, R, HTML, Tableau, Advanced Formulas in Excel, Access, and Power Apps

Self-directed requiring little direction

Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals.

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

Travel- Up to 10%, based on needs of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading and developing a team.

Expert level skills in SQL, Python, R, HTML, Tableau, Advanced Formulas in Excel, Access, Power Apps, or any combination of the listed is highly preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
