Job Title: Reflow Soldering OperatorJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Reflow Soldering Operator, working Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. In this role, you will follow process sheets, production orders, and verbal instructions to determine specifications such as materials, tool sets, and dimensions. Responsibilities include mounting flux applicators and solder guides, loading materials, adjusting machine settings, starting machines, monitoring operations, using hoists to move materials, ensuring equipment maintenance, and adhering to safety and quality standards. You will also inspect work for defects, measure pieces for specification conformity, identify and report malfunctions, and actively participate in troubleshooting. All duties are to be performed in line with environmental and safety regulations.Hard Skills
