Description Job Title: Litigation ParalegalJob Description:We are seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of legal terminology, excellent research abilities, and strong organizational skills.Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in the preparation for trials, hearings, depositions, and meetings.
Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
Conduct legal research to support a legal proceeding, to formulate a defense, or to initiate legal action.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and appeals.
Help lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes, and reviewing trial transcripts.
Meet with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to discuss case details.
Collect, analyze, and compile information.
