Dispatcher

We are currently looking for a Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule customer installation and service calls, develop and maintain customer relationships and dispatch installers/technicians.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service and installation.Schedule customer installation and service calls by dispatching installers/technicians.Ensure all paperwork from the field is complete and closed out in a timely manner.Proactively collaborate and communicate across departments and assist internal and external costumers as needed – including being a sales resource.Other duties as assigned.
