We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be a vital support role to our organization.  You will help our team be a success by providing quality customer service and helping the organization maintain customer relationships.  The person in this role must have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a “fast-paced” environment and deliver the best customer service possible.    Responsibilities:Ensure every customer has an outstanding service experience when calling, emailing or coming into the office.Provide information and assistance to the customer in response to their inquiries about our products and service.Schedule appointments when needed.Reach out to customers to confirm appointments/follow up on installations, service, open quotes or sales.  Proactively collaborate and communicate across departments and assist internal and external customers as needed.Update and maintain customer information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.   Gain a strong understanding of our company’s products to articulate to our customers and be able to explain the value of our experience and unmatched service.
